Real Estate Evaluation and Investment Course

The Real Estate Valuation and Investment Course (KVIPP) is recognized by the Ministry of Education as well as by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy. This course aims to professionally train students by equipping them with scientific and practical skills in real estate valuation. Furthermore, upon completion of the course, participants will be able to develop forecasts for the expected value of real estate as a result of an investment.

The Academic Director of the course is the British expert David Allen, a well-known international figure in the field of Real Estate and a member of the renowned valuation association “RICS,” who brings the latest innovations in this sector every year.

Students who have attended this course over the years at University Metropolitan Tirana have been able to obtain licenses as real estate valuers and work as independent professionals, specialists in real estate agencies, second-level banks, insurance or construction companies, public offices, urban planning departments, etc…

With the aim of obtaining a license as a building and land valuer, the course may be attended by graduates holding a Master’s degree in the fields of engineering, architecture, and economics.
