Erasmus+ Staff Mobility

Academic and administrative staff at University Metropolitan Tirana have the opportunity to participate in Erasmus+ Staff Mobility, an initiative funded by the European Commission. This program aims to enhance professional development, foster intercultural exchange, and promote collaboration among staff members across Europe. Erasmus+ Staff Mobility covers two main types of activities:

Teaching Mobility: Academic staff can teach at partner universities abroad, sharing their expertise, and contributing to international curriculum development.

Training Mobility: Academic/Administrative staff can attend training events, job shadowing opportunities, or structured courses at partner institutions, acquiring new skills and knowledge to improve institutional practices.

Additionally, staff from partner universities are welcomed to University Metropolitan Tirana for similar activities, fostering mutual learning and institutional cooperation.

This mobility experience not only enriches the professional profiles of staff members but also strengthens international networks and promotes the exchange of innovative ideas in higher education and administration.
