Mr. Subashi has a long experience in the Banking System, the Ministry of Finance, international companies and in the academic field. He has held positions such as: Retail and Client Service Manager at the United Bank of Albania, Compliance Manager (bank administrator approved by the Bank of Albania) at Veneto Banka sha, Head of Operations and Client Service at the Credit Bank of Albania as well as various positions such as Credit Officer, Treasury Officer at the International Commercial Bank. Another important position has been the function of Deputy Director General and Director of Inspection at the General Directorate of Money Laundering as well as the Head of the Sector at the Directorate of Internal Debt at the Ministry of Finance. A special importance in his career is also the work in international institutions in the function of Sales Manager at “Yes Gelato Ltd” in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Since September 2019, he holds the position of Lecturer and Head of the Department of Administration Sciences at the Metropolitan University, Tirana (UMT). Mr. Subashi teaches various subjects such as: International Business, Basic Principles of Marketing, Money and Banking. etc.
