
Ana-Maria Spiridon is a first-year PhD student at the “Constantin Belea” Doctoral School in Craiova, Romania, specializing in Systems Engineering. She is currently undertaking a study period as part of the Erasmus+ program at the AI Laboratory at UMT.
Her research focuses on virtual instrumentation and data acquisition systems in automotive applications, aiming to improve vehicle efficiency, safety, and connectivity.

- Predictive analysis using Machine Learning techniques
- Integration of advanced sensors and V2X (Vehicle-to-Everything) networks
Although her research is primarily focused on automotive systems, it also extends to other fields such as intelligent data processing, cybersecurity, and optimization of complex systems. This interdisciplinary approach facilitates collaboration with other researchers, particularly on topics such as predictive models, edge computing, and next-generation vehicular communication.
