Business Administration

The study program in Business Administration introduces and familiarizes students with the economic, financial and operational profile of the business as well as the necessary instruments for the formulation, implementation and control of decision-making. The main objective of this study program is the training of genuine specialists in the field of business administration for local and foreign companies or organizations.

In the third year of studies in Business Administration, students of the Metropolitan Tirana University have the opportunity to be profiled in Management, Marketing and Entrepreneurship and Innovation. At the end of the bachelor’s degree, the student is trained to be employed in various economic units both in the public sector and in the private sector as a general administrator, marketing manager, human resource manager, sales manager, project manager, company consultant.
