Statute

Metropolitan Tirana University is a non-public institution of higher education with academic and scientific character. MTU has its own academic and administrative structure, approved by the governing bodies and the ministry responsible for education in accordance with the operative legislation. The University has academic freedom, financial and organizational autonomy. The statute is the basic document that presents the structure of the university, defines the governing bodies and their competencies, regulates the internal and external relations of the university.
