Bachelor in Artificial Intelligence
The Bachelor program in “Artificial Intelligence” at the “Metropolitan Tirana” university offers a diploma of the first study cycle “Bachelor” in the field of artificial intelligence. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a topic of today and tomorrow, which is once again affecting every area of her life. Everyone has found out about the driverless car (Google car), Deep Blue (IBM) or voice communication robots (SIRI-iPhone) in different devices. In addition to them, we also have those of AI in other fields such as: economy, industrial medicine, video games, entertainment, assistance in various processes, and further up to the legal field.
AI is about imitating human intelligence and not just in programmable machines, making them think and independently in solving various changes.Many of the companies now have people capable of implementing artificial intelligence techniques and technologies in the services they have. For this reason, this program offers students the combination of theoretical aspects, and research between three main directions such as: mathematics, software engineering and artificial intelligence. In particular focus is to make the understanding of mathematical needs and what are available different IA fields in the tools of software technology techniques.
During their studies, many can make the right skills from computer science, mathematics, artificial intelligence and techniques to connect systems of laws to AI. In addition, learn to use this system and know what is allowed or not in the language of AI, learning the ethical bases of its use. The study of AI includes connections from the fields of “machine learning”, data science or as it is otherwise known “data science”, “deep learning”, multi-agent systems, computer vision and natural language processing. Its tasks can all be extracted: a) analyzing the problem and the appropriate techniques for its solution; b) design and manipulation of complex data; c) expenses of analytical tools and algorithms in the problems of the problem; and d) new software for project and research assistance.
