The
Real Estate Evaluation and Investment Course is
recognized by the Ministry of Education, Sports and Youth, as well as by the
Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy. This course aims to professionally train
students by training them in scientific and practical assessment of real
estate. Also, at the end of this course they will be able to develop forecasts
for the expected value of real estate as a result of an investment. The de
facto leader of the course is the British David Allen, a well-known figure in
the field of International Real Estate, a member of the renowned association of
evaluators "RICS", which every year brings the latest innovations in
this sector. Students who have attended this course over the years at
Metropolitan Tirana University have been able to be licensed as real estate
appraisers working as freelancers, specialists in the offices of real estate
companies, second-tier banks, insurance companies or construction companies, in
public and urban planning offices, etc. The course is open to bachelor's and
master's degree graduates in Engineering, Architecture, Economics and Law
programs, while those applying for a license must have completed a master's
degree in Engineering, Architecture and Economics. The course lasts for 20 weeks,
while the lectures take place on Thursday and Friday at 16: 00-20: 00 and on
Saturday at 09: 00-13: 00.
