Dr. Halil Hyseni

Halil Hyseni started high studied at the High School of Aviation, Vlora, pilot branch along the years 1981-1984, concluding and graduated in 1986 from the Military Academy “Skënderbej” in Tirana. He was appointed lecturer at this institution, until 1991. During this period continued his studies in mathematics – physics at the University of Shkodra. In 1994 completed the doctoral thesis and earned the title “Doctor”. Graduated in Law, from the University of Tirana, continued the specialization and in 2015 was graduated in ‘International Air Law’, IATA, Geneva. From 2017 and on serves as lecturer in UMT. His work experience includes the position of Director of the Cabinet of the Minister of Foreign Affairs; Executive Director of the Civil Aviation Authority as well as Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Albania. Halil Hyseni is fluent in English, Greek and Italian, and Russian as working language. Halil Hyseni holds the titles of ‘Lawyer’ and “Authorized Translator” from the Ministry of Justice, for the English language. Halil Hyseni is honored by the President of the Republic with the ‘Golden Eagle Medal’.
