MSc. Fatlinda Struga

MSc. Fatlinda Struga has 40 years of experience in the field of architecture and urban planning. She has been engaged in the teaching process at Tirana Metropolitan University since 2014. Her professional experience consists in the field of: urban planning (General Regulatory Plan of Tirana, Shkodra, Vlora, Fier, Çorovoda, Peshkopia, etc.); urban design (Plans of the city centers of Tirana, Fier, Berat, etc.); planning of residential, industrial areas, etc.; paving of recreational areas (National Park of Dajti, Peripheral Park of the city of Tirana, “One Kilometer” Park, etc.); the study of scientific research in the field of urban planning (physiology of Albanian rural centers, etc.); legislation for the design and planning of the territory (Territory Planning Law, relevant by-laws, manuals for citizens and professionals, etc.); architectural design (villas, collective housing and social and cultural objects). From 2005 onwards, he has been engaged in the teaching process in the subjects of Urban Design and Territorial Planning respectively at the Polytechnic University of Tirana, Albanian University and Tirana Metropolitan University.
