Dr. Ernest Shtepani works as a full time, lecturer at Metropolitan University Tirana. He graduated in 2007 as an architect at Polytechnic University of Tirana. From 2008-2010 he completed his Master studies at Anhalt University of Applied Sciences in Dessau, Germany. In June 2019 he defended his PhD at the Czech Technical University in Prague, with the topic “Energy Efficiency in the urban scale”. Ernest Shtepani also worked as a full-time lecturer at Polis University in Tirana, 2010-2013, as urban planning expert at the Ministry of Urban Development 2014-2018, and as a part-time lecturer at Epoka University. (2015-2018). Specializing in the fields: Urban Design, Architecture and Energy Efficiency, Spatial Planning, Architecture Theory and History of Architecture.
