Metropolitan Tirana University thanks to its commitment to the Erasmus + program and cooperation with Alexandru Ioan Cuza University in Iași, Romania, opens the call for applications for mobility scholarships for MTU students.

Mobility and duration of scholarships:

Students will study the first semester of the 2022-2023 academic year at Alexandru Ioan Cuza University in Iași, Romania.

Who can apply:

Students of the Faculty of Economics, as well as students of the Faculty of Computer Engineering and IT at MTU.

Students in the following cycles can apply:

- Bachelor (Year II, Year III);

- Master (Year I, Year II);


Teaching language:

The teaching will be in English.

Scholarships include:

- Monthly compensation for students (EUR 800 per month);

- Travel costs (depending on the distance between the host university and that of origin).

Students who benefit from Erasmus + mobility will not pay any fee for schooling at the host university. Students will continue to pay their tuition and/or registration fees at their university of origin.

  • - List of grades (document must be in English);
  • - Student Application Form (to download the format click on http://www.uaic.ro/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/Erasmus-Student-Application-Form.docx);
  • - Copy of the passport;
  • - Photocopy of the Certificate/evidence of the English language or document proving knowledge in this language. Required level B2;
  • - Learning Agreement document

Documents needed for application for Master’s
students:

  • - Bachelor's list of grades (document must be English);
  • - Master's list of grades (document must be English);

  • - Copy of the passport;
  • - Photocopy of the Certificate/evidence of the English language or document proving knowledge in this language. Required level B2;
  • - Learning Agreement document


* Learning Agreement is a contract between the university of origin and the applicant and serves to determine the subjects you will develop at the host university. You only have to fill out the first section “Before the mobility”. In Table A, the subjects and credits you will receive at the host university are determined, in Table B is determined which of the A-table subjects will be known at Metropolitan Tirana University when you have completed the exchange period.

ATTENTION: You should choose to perform the same subjects at the Host University as you would in the second semester of the 2022/2023 academic year at your faculty so that subjects and credits are acknowledged to you when you return. If the selected subjects differ from those you would study in your faculty, then when you return you must take the exam of the subjects that do not comply at the Metropolitan Tirana University.

The 'Learning Agreement' document in the “Commitment” section is signed by the applicant and then in the “sending university” section is signed by the Responsible.
